They look similar to a pair I have which are not selvage. Sizing is weird, I'm usually a 30 and had to get a 33. Ask for measurements.

Finally got a pair of Spurr Classic Selvage (about f'king time).

Very cool fit. I got a 36 and the waist is probably around 34.5 - 35, yellow selvage, slightly low-risish, nice wide leg opening at 9.5", slightly narrower in the thighs than other W36 jeans, and the denim is so so soft.

I have a pair of Classics that fit well and tried on Pipes that were too slim. In looking for another pair of Classics, I'm seeing a bunch on ebay that are the "Straight" model. Are these the Classics or some third model?
Thx

I've had both the $295 dollar version and the $195 version. I think the denim is different, the original spurrs were softer (but alas the wrong size). I'm happy with the cheaper version though. I think the denim will soften with wear.

Just picked up a pair of Simon Spurr black pipe jeans in 31, gonna decide if I want to keep them or not, they are really nice though, Made in USA, very black colour, not sure if the leg opening are small enough for me, but we'll see.

Can anyone comment on sizing for Spurr shirts -- can you compare to BoO, Rag&Bone, RLBL, or anything else?

+1

I've tried on a number of Spurr shirts before, and found that size S was just a tad bit too small for me (EU48). However, I don't know if this changed. There are a few that I would like in size M.
