Should I or shouldn't I buy... (clothing item)?

The joys of having packages sent to family members. I had a pair of carpe boots in destroyed horse sent to my folks when I was away. Mum opened it up to check them for me: "I think whoever sent these is playing a joke on you. They've done something horrible to these shoes".

Opinions on Dior 19cm Secular Waxed Jeans?

Dior does waxed jeans well. I kinda regret not picking up a pair of the nightfalls a couple seasons back.

I heard from a couple of people that the Seculars aren't as good as the other seasons. I'm not sure if this is true or if it's just nostalgia about their jeans being better. Anyone have experience with this seasons seculars?
