thanks for the opinion.. i am a little worried about length.. i am normally a small/medium.. 38" chest.. and am lookin at a medium in the sweater..

I don't think you're going to be disappointed with any of the sizes.
I'm 6'3 but not very long torso and the L hits at the middle of my butt. It's 27.5 inches long. I have a 39 chest and it was tight from the beginning so I would say M for you.
Since it's a slim fitting piece that will form to your curves, having it too short would make it look like you bought a size to small.
I like that it's longer. A little bit more room for movement and makes it relaxed.
In the same way, a slim but longer knit can also make it look more "expensive", if thats your thing.

The wool pants. They're from Folk. 150 bucks. Been looking at a pair of quality wool pants with a relaxed look for a while, and these seems to be the best at the price. Yay or nay?

Already bought... can't decide if I should keep. It feels so nice and looks awesome, just not sure I have the swagger to wear that as my primary winter coat.

^^those aren't bad, but epaulet are pretty relaxed fitting to me and would probably be better quality for not much more money

Thanks for the tip. They ones from Epaulet seem to be slightly better quality wise, but I'm not sure on the fit.
From the measurements on the site, they aren't tapered enough for me. I could get them tapered at a tailor, but by then they will be at least 100 bucks more expensive than those from Folk. Also, I'm not really into the fold-thing (don't know the word) that goes downwards from the top of the leg. I think it will be a bit too dressy for me.
BTW, do these type of pants stretch out in the waist over time?

I don't think anyone needs to worry about length of SNS knits. I'm 6'2", 170lbs, 39" chest, and M is perfect.
