Gents, after I have discovered the SF I got a bit serious about my outfits, shoes and accessories. And I am in a situation where thinking what should be my next wise purchase. And want to hear from other members.
Many members here have shoes worth $300-$500+++ and High end belts (i.e –Hermes) $300-$500++ and also watches say $1000++++.
Now my question is which comes first ? if any of this comes in any order at all??
If you were a belt $500+ how much should your shoes or your watch be worth ??
Or they are not relevant at all and you just buy according to your interest .
This may also apply to other accessories such as Calf link ( Gold/Diamond) ,wallets and bags as well.
Nothing serious just wanted to see how other people feels about their accessories.

Maybe some members will share how much their accessories worth.
:satisfied:

you know it all depends on your financial standing, whts important to you and your daily situation.
I had a 1.5k watch get me into nice things, that led to a nice belt at 250 and then for shoes i always paid >200.

When i was in the financial industry, i'd wear suits everyday and pay attention to shoes and belts, now im int tech and i dress casual so i am more sw&d focused. I currently have no need for a suit, but if i did need on i can buy one.

With that being said, i think you dont have to spend that kind of money on any of the items you mentioned. Just go for quality over name brands sometimes. A good watch will last long as will a good belt and good shoes, wallets too. hope that helps a bit...

Shoes definitely #1. Decent quality watches, even mechanical ones, don't cost a fortune - if you can live w/o big brand names from Switzerland. Cheap shoes, however, don't ruin your whole outfit, they are also quite likely uncomfortable and don't last long. Me personally, I skimp on belts as I don't see a necessity for expensive brand names here. Good quality leather, conservative design and I'm set.

Regarding watches, have a look at Seiko for affordable watches. Beyond (the cheaper line of) Seiko you can find some smaller companies from Germany etc. which sell nice watches with Swiss movements (ETA) like Archimede or Steinhart. "Cheapest" watches with an in-house movement are produced by Nomos ... highly recommended!
