Goto any department store, such as Saks, Nordstroms, or any outlet during a sale. And find a pair of shoes with leather soles in your price range you like in Black or Brown.

Do not pay full retail price unless you absolutely must have those shoes right here and right now.

Once you find your footing on what fits and what you like, you can jump in the water with made to order shoes or bespoke shoes.

This forum has tons of info on shoes and their care. Here is how I got started.

Do not buy an super expensive shoes on your first get go. Take into consideration that you just graduated and might not even know what sort of environment you will be working in.

Anyone have any sizing tips on John Lobb boots? Particularly the Tudor. I'm an 8.5E in G&G and Alden.

How they fit? Are they true to size?

Apologies for the mismatched outfit, as I am breaking them in after work.
