I'm sure these aren't worthy, but not only are they my first pair of Tricker but the first time I went "thrift'!

I will get my boot maker to give it a once over next week:

- Rubber toe taps
- Leather conditioning

I dont get the "thrifting" ... But Id consider new insoles as well as the suggested things to do.
I think a good cobbler can also treat the soles so there is less of an imprint from previous wear.
afaik it involves steam/water and the heated blocking tool they use.

It does save a lot of time in acquiring a "vintage" patina though, for that reason alone I think they are stunning
