XL should do it.

My chest is 41", and I (barely) wear a L. I think you'll definitely need XL for 42"

Thanks for the response. It sounds stupid but I just want to make sure. 21" pit to pit is the same is 42". Correct? It makes sense to me but just want to be sure incase there is some other way of measuring I'm unaware of. I usually wear a Medium in custom fit polo shirts.

Really? Can anyone else verify this? I recently got an XS BoO in the A Body, fits better than any other RTW but it's still not as trim on me as it is on others and there's a small amount of looseness.

Eat something maybe??? How big are you because that's tiny, I would say bring it to a tailor and have them take it in for you...

I think that just means that you should sell that shirt to me! haha

Ha no way, sorry!

By small amount of looseness, I meant that it wasn't a supremely perfect fit. It still looks great, there is absolutely no tightness for me at all and the only thing I would do is take in the waist a little bit.
