Chicago is an amazing city, but basically everything right with California is wrong with Illinois.

there might be something "off" with it, be it water damage or something else. And the movie is one thing, but there are thousands upon thousands of locations that can achieve a similar effect in those surroundings in the northeast, I'll ask the GF (when awake) if something like that be built for much less $$
