I like that one as well. Monsieur Balmain is niche and can be had for $30. It's a long lasting lemon scent.

It's a favorite of mine. Not a lot of sillage, but it is noticeable when someone comes in close. It has a real classic scent profile to me and seems pretty timeless. Yesterday I managed to squeeze in 3 scents: ANGELIQUES SOUS LA PLUIE I already mentioned, but it was so short lived I then tried Musc Ravageur- very nice but I was surprised at how pronounced the vanilla was. Went out last night and asked my wife to wear Mitsouko, which I love. I wore Knize 10 I just received from Rambo (thanks Rambo!). I love Knive 10 too, leather, tobacco, and a creamy smooth drydown. Beautiful scent.

Wore ELDO TILDA SWINTON LIKE THIS today. It reminded me of Jasmin and Cigarette, except iris and not such strong tobacco. There was something in it that was really irratating to my nose though.

Went downtown today and stopped Barney's. Talked the SA into giving me a sample PORTRAIT OF A LADY. A quick test smelled like a rose oriental. Looking forward to a test of it.

Bonus Secretions Magnifiques update: My gf came to visit me this weekend and wanted to try my Secretions Magnifiques. (Joke is too obvious, so I will refrain from making it.) She literally gagged. (Joke again too obvious.) She ran to the bathroom and almost threw up. She was nauseated for about 20 minutes thereafter. This means I will have fewer opportunities to wear one of my favorite fragrances. :*(
