Carl, I think your style has improved and matured tremendously from when I first noticed your WAYWTs. Keep it up.

Really dig this jacket. I've been on the lookout for a wool harringtonish-style jacket and this is pretty close.

Carl, looks great, and I don't think anyone would accuse that scarf of looking contrived. warrengharding, that's probably not how you normally stand, but if it is, you might consider pulling your hips back a bit. This will slim the midsection of your silhouette and also make you taller. Nice jeans! Get Smart, great look as usual, but why do leather jackets tend to puff out at the abdomen like that? Is it due to the handwarmer pockets, similar to the way trouser pockets flare out sometimes? (I like how your TaT pants have a different pocket to avoid that problem.) I'll eventually start posting my own fits when I'm less lazy, hate to be the guy who's all critique and no sharing

OMG! that wonders me, side note, is Get Smart putting on weight? Is he brewing a beer belly? Will his clothes ever fit again!

there are wool harringtons out there. I have a generic one from Warrior in black melton wool....Baracuta had a few tweed ones just recently (tho pricey at around $400) and Ben Sherman actually had a really nice grey wool one this past f/w for $179
