I actually have one of these and it's really heavy, definitely over 4 pounds which would bump it up to Priority Mail only, add tracking/insurance and $70 is probably only a slightly inflated quote for shipping and still a ridiculously good deal.

Can sort of understand with the cost of shipping with parka especially if it's heavy but I spotted the Merchant Marine Sweater lovely but the shipping is $70 a little steep.
