Looks a little garish in the wide last. Too busy. On the thinner and longer last, it had a bit more elgance.

I know but it sure helps. I'm also just happy to see shoes from PS that I don't have to squeeze into. I've always wanted to purchase a pair of Starrs but it's narrow contruction just isn't very generous to my feet.

the nash's are the starr's in a wide last aren't they? The new boot looks like a Nash'd Sundance.

^^^ Yeah, when I first saw the pics, a mix of the Ricards and Nash first came to mind.

I think I tried on the Corsos last year...if it's the same boot (which i think it is) it fits a lot larger than their normal lasts due to the entire last feeling much wider....I tried on my usual size and I could have easily sized down a full UK size to fit right, but they didnt have it so I never tried on a pair that actually fit me.

that punch medallion is a common pattern I have seen on English shoes, kind of a spade/heart design. It's almost a standard. still, a solid one.

Thanks for the reply Tarmac. I've never really been into brogues before, so I guess I just never noticed.

Those Sundance looks real good but by the looks of it, those would definitely won't fit me because of my wide feet and high arc in the upper part of my foot (I need a shoe with a higher last I guess).

I can see the medallion's style difference from the Corso.

Thanks for sharing the pics.

You can't tell how these fit by looking at them. They are leather, so they are flexible. They fit just like all my other PS shoes.
