Need additional opinions on shoulder fit for suit jacket part deux: now in 40R

A few of you helped me out a little while back in this thread when I bought a Kiton suit in a 42R and the shoulders were too wide.

I exchanged it out for a 40R which had shoulders that matches what usually fits me (18.5") and I wanted to ask for a second pass at the fit. The jacket largely fits very well including at the waist which is nice and trim. The only slight issue I have with fit is that I have a little bit of pinch at the front of shoulder/anterior deltoid if I move both my arms straight out in front of me with them level with the ground. It's not a common position to hold one's arms of course, but I wasn't sure if that's a red flag, yellow flag, etc. I'm also guessing it can't really be adjusted.

I know the sleeves are a little short but they're still basted and have 1" available to let out.

Everything looks fine to me except the sleeves but if you get those lengthened it should be fine.

Also I assume the jacket is long enough and covers your rear…it’s tough to tell in the pictures.

Selfies are tricky to judge but nothing jumps out at me about the fit. However the lapels need to be pressed by someone who knows what they’re doing—they don’t seem to roll to the same level.

Thanks! Yeah the sleeves can be altered just fine; they're def too short.

The jacket is long enough. I appreciate you calling it out.

Yeah I think it got a little wonky the way it was boxed up. I think the tailor I use can address that.
