Yankees looked awful today, Hughes especially. Giants pulled out a win against Halladay. Didn't think that was coming.

Brian Wilson is the new Mariano Rivera. I've never seen another closer throw so many fastballs.

I'm not sure what was the bigger development - Oswalt pitching a shutdown game or Rollins FINALLY breaking out of hit slump. I think Rollins.

Rollins is still hurt. His double was way clutch but it doesn't change my expectations of him for the rest of the games. He just isn't 100%. I'll take what I can get out of him and hope he can come back next year at full speed.

Cody Ross, wtf? Good for him I guess. Giants totally picked Ross and Burrell off the scrap heap and it's worked out.

Also, what's with Tim McCarver and guys named Sanchez? Pardon, San-CHEZ.

Awesome game by Oswalt; huge ovation when Charlie let him stay to finish the 8th. Much better feeling leaving the stadium last night than on Saturday night.

I know but the fact that he even got a hit is a miracle. He's been so ****** at the plate lately.

My 4 are Hamilton, Young, Lee & Guerrero...although I could easily switch Vlad out for Perez.
