As for Maison Bonnet, I believe they start at about $4000 all the way up to $10,000+ for the blonde shells. I'm sure you'd need to be in France for the fittings, no different from a suit or a pair of shoes.

I also have a difficult head to fit (too wide, and the typical flat Asian nose). I asked Dmitri at Spectacles for Humans about this when I visited his shop a couple months ago, and Oliver Goldsmith (I think) can do custom frames starting at $900 using any number of current and vintage plastics. Note that some of these brands make frames without nose bridges as part of the design, which might be an issue for certain Asian members.

Natural horn requires some extra care and maintenance: special moisturizers as it dries with age. I also heard that it takes skin oils.

Oliver Goldsmith does "made-to-measure" for their frames. You can't, as I understand it, pick a style they don't do, but they adjust the nose-width, frame-width, and (IIRC) height of the glasses for a $100 or $150 upcharge over their standard glasses. All their frames are available in something like 50 colors/patterns. It might not be what you want, but it's an option.

We have started with custom-made frames service not long ago and Oliver Goldsmith is our go-to peeps. It is an adventure and we don't quite go this route on a daily basis but it is definitely something one must try at least once. Please keep in mind that bespoke eyewear service was born back in the day when prefab choices were "small, medium or large" in "black or brown". With quality choices today there is hardly a need to go bespoke. With that said, need is not want, and reconstructing your old pair of favorite frames in custom color with custom features like perfectly sized bridge or horn temples or whatever you can come with is not something we disagree with.

Try contacting Schnuchel in Germany to see if there is someone near You carrying their frames. They make the Silver Line for Ben Silver. BS also gives You the option to order the Silver Line in bespoke sizes.

I'm in NYC, I saw these frames from Cutler & Gross, for $455, I think its worth an extra hundred to go custom via Tom Davies, but I'm a little unsure of build quality in china, looking into any alternatives, also want to avoid those little metal circles on the frame, just want a solid black acetate

Bump for SF bespoke, looking for sunglasses. I have a big head that normal frames either don't fit or deform soonafter being worn a few months.
