Went through my most recent workout journal, which has been the last 62 days and added up all my pull ups

Been doing at least 100 a day for the last couple weeks or so, had a few 200+ days. Having a pull up bar at home helps. Got my wide grip pull ups to 17 reps, chins, neutral and normal grip are in the low 20s. I think I've gotten like 18 or something with my hands touching. It's weird going from 3 to 17 on wide grip didn't improve any of the other grips. Been doing a lot of scapular pull ups too.

I wonder if I could put a pull up bar in my office.

A door frame model won't work because I would only want to use it with the door closed (and our door frames won't work for them)...

Might be nice to do 30 seconds of pullups when you need to give your eyes and wrists a rest from the computer. Obviously I can do pushups/situps and I even have a yoga ball in here...but I need more pullups in my life.

48,773 + 113 + 100 = 48986

Next week is a "rest week", so that means 400 instead of 500 pullups, with 2 full day's of break from them midweek.

btw, I've worked out a 500 reps workout that I will guarantee to kick anyone's ass. Requires just a pullup bar and a set of 25 lb dumbbells. PM if interested.
