@turnip is the dude in middle school who would raise his hand and ask the teacher whether there was homework right before class ended.

No, people have the right to delete negative comments because of harassment. When businesses do it it just censors negative opinions. it means something different. When i delete a comment a friend makes that i view as negative, the outcome is completely different than if i were trying to sell something and an actual customer approached me with a problem and i handled it by deleting it. Its the whole reason ebay sellers cant delete negative reviews.

eBay is a reselling company and a place that has reviews. instagram is a social media application.

Show us where they responded where it made them look better? They offer simple responses here and there and it's hardly customer service. Maybe you aren't fully up to date on what social media means to them but they explained it plenty of times now.

At the end of the day they offered you a refund. Should have taken it. That's your only right as a customer. Why are you complaining after you screwed up and kept hoodie? It's on you

Y'know, i might do that if they hadnt blocked me. I did accept a 15% refund and they gave me a 15% off coupon. I didnt screw up, they did.

Thanks for the feedback dudes, I'm gonna go with keeping the grey medium. I like the drape and the texture is much more evident.

The drape is much more evident on the grey for sure. I also think the material shows a bit more in the grey color. Have you tried it without the shirt? Will you always layer it?

I follow them and the comments are nothing more than hyped up people looking to buy. That's all Instagram is. Just accept it for what it is and move on. You won't be helping your cause.

Toss that thing up for sale. It will be gone in a day. You can make up for your initial mistake of not getting a refund and returning.

Yeah, a social media company JE uses as a business platform to advertise, acquire and display only positive reviews

And they have every right for it to be that. Do you realize you neither own je or Instagram.

#1 JE makes men's clothing, so fair assumption?
#2 ask yourself the same question.

#1 not really, that's the idea behind sexism.
#2 other people here have validated my complaints
