New Sandro color ways are already available to pre-order (even tho they say delivery is estimated in July). I find it curious that the new cw are cheaper than the previous ones (argyle, stingray, birch...) at least in Europe 775€ down from 820€.
Also does anyone know from where do they ship when delivering in Europe? Just to make sure I won't pay any custom fees.

Yes, interesting that they have lowered the price. All the blue lovers will exult for the new Lapis.

I don't know from where they ship (whether in Europe or elsewhere), but my more recent direct purchases had no customs fees added, unlike the previous ones.

Yeah that lapis is the colour I’ve been waiting for for a long time (although I’m not crazy about the lens colour!) but I’m just not sure about Sandros. Don’t think I’ve ever tried them on. I lean towards rectangular frames rather than circular, and the dimensions appear similar to my beloved Ashcrofts but I’d need to try them on to confirm if I think they suit me or not.

There’s a rumour that Dealans will be out in lapis too but I have enough Dealans. Possibly a Molino too?? That would work for me! If anyone can confirm this please let me know!

I would give the Sandro a try, it looks classic and refined, nothing loud or "out there".

Hello guys,

I currently have a pair of JMM Plaza Beluga but I would like replace the lenses to something black to have a full black sunglasses that would look class. Do you have any recommendation in terms of lenses ? I believe that I can replace the lenses at my local optician to something Essilor or Zeiss

So now I’m torn between holding onto my dough or sinking $800 into those Sandros, waiting two months and gambling that they work for me and also gambling on whether they might later release a Lapis Molino or similar and then having to fart about with the switching.
I’m glad my JMM hunting is winding down this is exhausting!😄

They ship from LA but the use a service so customs fees and taxes are covered. There are details on the website https://www.jacquesmariemage.com/shipping-and-returns
