I haven't read the whole thread, so I suspect it's been said: IS's camera angle. I remember him posting a fitpic with a good angle, and it made quite the difference!

The angle is too low. I suspect Stitchy places the camera on his front porch because that's all he has to work with.


you are exactly correct. i have tried the bookshelf in the house, better angle but horrible lighting. :(

 Stitch: Wal-Mart has a nice tripod for about $20.00.

I believe he places the camera in the hands of his first born because that's all he has to work with.


that was what i used to do. i now use the porch. its cold out and i dont want her standing out there, also, she has to get ready for school.

I'm sure IS has better pics than that..

I have one. I think the legs go up to 48" and has a thing that you can turn the camera sideways. It's light and compact. Pretty neat!
