I can't stand the big bulbous grapefruits over the bony sternum. What's wrong with small and perky anyways? They age a lot better.

What a bunch of grim, dour puritans you guys are...grousing about boob jobs. If nature has shortchanged a young lady in that department, I see nothing wrong with resorting to human artifice to enhance her looks. I much prefer the new, improved Heidi.

If it's a mismatch to her ribcage/shoulders it just looks wierd. Perky is nice.

Add me to the "hates fake boobs" registry. I have a strong aversion, so much so that it ruins most Appreciation for me. That aside, she's really cute and if she ever came onto me, I have a feeling my fake boob aversion would dissipate pretty rapidly.

Me, too. In theory I have nothing against fake boobs--that's to say, I don't have some problem with any sort of self-made "unnatural" changes to a ************. It's just that I've never really seen any that were well-executed. They always look like someone welded a parody of a nice pair of breasts onto someone's chest. None of that amazing "firm and perky but still visibly hanging just a little bit" profile that just slays you when you see them from the side.... Plus, far too many women go far too big. Proportionality is a plus.

There are a handful of women who have breasts that are glaringly too small for their shoulders/body. Rachel Ray is an example of this. I think they do look better after surgery. However, most women with small breasts look better that way.
