I think I'm in love. A good pair of deep boots are what I've been missing my whole life.

Is there a sale, or a GMTO? I would be on either in a heartbeat that time of year, since work is sending me to CES.

EEEEEK! There was GMTO for that exact boot that closed last Sunday 10/12. About 6 of us went in for Dainite sole and another 6 for leather sole.

Oh well, it can't be helped. I'll have to pick some up before January then :)

Does Vegas have any reputable outlets? I don't think I want to wait until I'm there, but the benefit would be trying them on in person, so I could find out which lasts I like the most in person.

If not then I'll just order :)

I think I will bow out on the museum DM, actually. It's not exciting me enough. Sorry.

And if that suede U-cap had a leather sole...come to think of it...that U-cap in a brown museum, too...wow...
