Are the C&J Paris models exclusively reserved for Paris? They once had a sleek 2 eyelet derby called Hartwell 2:

I kinda live and die with the Carmina Simpson last, but I have never seen Carmina do a 1/2 eyelet derby that reasonates with me like this model.

Carmina model 907 is a 2 eyelet derby and I can certainly ask Carmina to make you a single MTO with Simpson last if you are interested
