Just wondering... I'm thinking about starting to look for a place in downtown TO. I had a buddy that moved into a new condo building that was able to run gas into his place. Is this an option that is generally only available when buying new (before building is finished)? Or do they often have the gas running everywhere and it's just a matter of asking for it?
And what about venting from the kitchen? If I was looking at condos and wanted to replace whatever the stock garbage was with a proper hood, will my options be really limited?
Ultimately, i want a proper range with adequate venting in any place I buy. I absolutely hate electric stoves...
