My fit this time was aimed more at the former--seeing how I could combine stripes harmoniously. Had I been aiming at the latter, I'd probably have worn at least one fewer striped pieces.

Guidelines are sometimes prescribed, but as you see voters exercise their sole discretion on the standards for casting votes.

Well, it can go either way. I would say as long as you stick to the general spirit of the challenge, you are good...because as said below:

Very true. And voters often will ignore the theme, or vote on partial fits, etc. Look at the voters. A good portion are not regular WAYWRN participants.

In the end, it is all about having fun and adding some very needed excitement to this thread.

It ain't over till the fat lady sings... Poal closes tomorrow at midnight and the winner decides next Fridays challenge. For this Friday, we are trying to come up with something. Suggestions?

How bout this one, each member of this past contest is assigned another (the one above or below on the list for the poal?) and they pick an outfit previously posted for that member to improve...most improved look as decided by the forvm wins. So:

TTO would pick for SOS.

Maybe to make it easier, members can pm a few looks for the other to chose from. Sounds harder than it actually is, but I haven't the energy to think right now...chest cold...

What if some people dont respond?

Tell you guys what - Drop some serious suggestions here in this thread (or PM me) and this evening Ill do a poal when I get home later. (Actually MBreinin's idea).

If it involves Robs suggestion, count me out for a Friday fit as ****** will be firmly in the sand in the Caribbean on Friday.

So I can pick PG? Easy-peasy...

Right.

I say: skip this week and stay with 'winner picks theme'; it's an honour! The winner can think of something himself or pick one of the suggestions posted in the other thread.
