Item: Engineered Garments Andover Jacket in Glen Plaid. 100% Wool. Size Medium. FW 2012.

Comments: A real classic from Engineered Garments, the Andover is probably my favorite cut in the lineup. It's a little bit slimmer and smarter than a lot of their other stuff. The glen plaid wool fabric is really excellent. I wasn't able to capture it on camera, but it has a fine yet substantial feel to it. I've always thought that this was a cool jacket because it's extremely easy to dress up or down depending on the circumstance, and it's very versatile.

Condition: Jacket has seen some light use but is still in good condition. It's incredible quality that will last for a very long time. It could probably use a pressing to get out a few wrinkles across the back but other than that it's really solid. I take good care of my clothing.

Measurements: Shoulders 18'' / Pit to pit 20.5'' / Length 27'' (All measurements approximate with item laying flat.)

Shipping: Free shipping to CONUS. Internationals get in touch and we'll work something out for cheap.

Payment: via paypal. either mark as gift or add 4%.

Thanks for looking. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi,
Nice jacket. A few Qs: What's the sleeve measurement? If I recall the Andover has working buttons on the cuffs, is that right? Could you describe the true color? The stock pics look gray, but your pics make the jacket look a bit green/brown.
Thanks!

All Andover and Truman jackets have working cuffs but will require a) all buttons removed, b) stitched button holes opened up, and c) buttons to be resewn back onto the sleeve. I have had this done on a number of my jackets using a capable tailor.

I have this done because traditionally, Andover and Truman jackets run long in the sleeves and favour the look of rolled up sleeve cuffs.

Hey - sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The sleeves are 24.5'' in length. They were originally a fair bit longer but I had them shortened. The buttons on this cuff are nonfunctional right now, but like El QUaG said, you can probably have them opened and made functional. I've never done this myself but it seems right.

With regard to color - it's definitely grey. My phone isn't so good at taking pictures and always messed up color but the best representation are the stock photos. It's a strong grey with glen plaid on top. No green/brown at all.
