Before SF I owned zero blue shoes. Now I own 3 pairs and would love a pair of boots as well. These blue Dovers are freaking awesome.

Same here. Now I have 2 pairs of Blue shoes and one pair of Blue Boots, but as a relative SF Newb I only own one pair of green shoes however.

I wouldn't classify myself as a tyro and I still don't own a pair of green... just not my thing. I even find blue harder to match compared to gray shades (e.g., slate).

Oh wait, are we talking about socks?

Actually the majority of these are extremely casual non business wear. Rancourt green cordovan ranger mocks, a pair of blue Rancourt ranger mocks, and a pair of blue Galway. The only pair of slightly dressy blue shoes are a pair of EG Derwents.

Basically I've spent too much on shoes so now I have to go sockless.

I wear my blue Carmina shell wholecuts and blue Vass austerity brogues with suits allatime. These Dovers would rock hard with SCs and any smart casual wear.

While I don't do blue, or green, shoes, I do find these ensembles perfectly acceptable.

@RogerP

Killer style as usual, brother. Those austerity brogues are on the U last, correct?
