Has anyone here been cock blocked by ebay and their staff when using their auction services? I called in recently to inquire on why they put a selling limit on individual sellers while letting PowerSellers go rampant. The rep. that I spoke to was Sue and she was clueless and disinterested in her job. I rarely sell on ebay and she put me on hold for 5 minutes. After she got back to me she asked me what was my inquiry. She made me go in a circle and it went nowhere.
After not getting anything answered nor resolved with Sue at eBay I email their CEO John Donahoe with my frustrations. I never got a response from him. Today I got some crazy email from eBay that I got reported for inappropriate language and that my 100% positive feedback account may get suspended or closed. This all happens just because I tell good ol' John about his idiot subordinates. This type of online dictatorship will lead honest users to alternative sites such as Amazon or the shady Chinese websites.
The worst part of this message is the ending below:
