Contacting In-House Corporate Recruiters on Linkedin

What's the etiquette for directly contacting an in-house recruiter for a company on linkedin? I'm preparing an application for a mid- to early-career position (5 years experience and masters preferred) with a multinational. I do not have any personal contacts at the company and the job announcement does not have a specific contact attached to it. Will I be out of line messaging one of the recruiters and asking who to get my application to? Or should I submit my application first and then inquire with one of the recruiters? This is a massive company and a search reported multiple results, how do I even get to the right recruiter?

Thanks for any feedback.

I'd avoid HR entirely as from experience most of them are idiots.

Most job postings include the title of the hiring manager so you could use it to find the right person on LinkedIn.

Yeah... Avoid HR.

First of all, they're swamped with applications, as everybody with even remote qualifications applies. Secondly, HR folks probably do not know the intimate details of your qualifications, so explaining nuances may be a challenge to them. Finally please consider the fact that in the interconnected world it is probable that the company has already selected a candidate and they may be posting the position in order to comply with the company's standards. That's why you should really build in a network and apply through a reference.
