Hello,

I'm new in this forum. I need some suggestion on buying dress shoes. My budget is GBP. 130. During my search, It say Premium Leather Black Dress Shoes which are good year welted and have leather soles. Can someone suggest whether I should proceed to buy it? Furthermore, is this model of Clarks made in England? I'm also attaching the link of it.

I came across a few Goodyear welted Clark's recently. Made in India. For the price, I think they look good.
