Is there any brand doing more cropped knitwear? Most classic UK knitwear brands are around 66cm in the body length in my size. I would prefer it much shorter but did not find anything shorter than 63cm from Natalino.
The sweatshirt (it looks like a sweater) that @thatboyo referred to from Brycelands is available again.

The issue is that fit is down the individual, highly subjective and thus not quantifiable for any kind of ranking, whereas material quality can be objectively measured and therefore be used to compare garments on an objective level

I’ll keep the list public as long as this ranking helps some folks to get a better idea about what knitwear is available and what they’re buying into when picking a brand for the first time

I understand your point and would agree that a classification could help someone to get an idea of what is good, better, or should possibly be avoided, and I also appreciate your work.
Nonetheless it looks pretty arbitrary to me to state that this producer is worth 5 and that 4, not to mention + and -, because different factors have to be taken in account, besides the quality of the material, namely design, make and fit.
You rightly pointed out that fit is individual and subjective, agreed, but it seems natural to me that I will tend to rate higher a brand whose products fit me well.

In summary, a classification can offer an orientation, but would never be totally objective and definitive.

I was searching for knitwear. And this one seems like it has to big neck opening for my liking. Thank you anyway.
BTW, I'm searching for the exact same thing sweaters and polos that are between 23in/59cm - 24in/61cm in length to wear with high waisted trousers. The only place that I have found that has that style is The Scott Fraser Collection, but I'm not sure they have what you want. I ordered the Cocao Double Breasted Shirt.

If you find anything, please let us know.

Did not know that. I thought they'd be harder because of the knitting.

i'd say it's the most doable alteration so far as working with the knitting . maybe it's not easy but it's definitely doable in a lot of cases and it could even be pretty easy

I guess I already gave up at this point and accepted that I will have to tuck in knitwear for the aesthetics that I want. So now I can just search for perfect chest/shoulder measurements.

Stoffa knit polos in a size 48 are around 60-61cm in length and have a relaxed but not baggy fit. They are very expensive though

Tons of knits made for women are 60 cm in length, cut generous across the chest and with dropped armholes to accommodate biceps, not to mention interesting designs.

Have you considered trying a custom maker? I saw some nice examples from Dalmo.
