this is a 4S but one of my favorite real driver, I could actually own this if a few things broke in my favor, cars at the event (PCA werks reunion)

Yes, mine was a 1998 993 Carrera S. (C2S.) It was the last year of the 993- the last air-cooled Carrera and only 993 were made. Mine was Polar Silver which was a custom color that year and a beautiful color. I had it chipped and lowered. If I can get into Lightroom I'll try to dredge up a picture.

A recent exhibition at the Audrain Auto Museum. These were part of the Begovich collection. He was an engineer and bought things that interested him, although he didn't seem to drive them very much. He bought the 904GTS new and picked it up at the factory in Germany. He ordered it with a racing exhaust and another set of racing gears...it cost him about $9,000. The Gullwing he bought used in the late 60's for around $6,900.

Porsche 904GTS. Totally original and unrestored with less than 2,000 miles.

Yes, they have a nice place. I think the current exhibit is "Supercars." They also host cars and coffee gatherings, and had a really impressive Concours event, last October (they are looking to be an East Coast Pebble Beach). Jay Leno and Donald Osborne were the MCs. They post videos on youtube with the cars being driven and giving their impressions of them.
