In fact, I have a pair of size 8.5 custom-made Alden shell medallion captoes as well that I've been tardy about putting up for sale. I've decided that they're too big for me. You'll see them up soon. Thanks for looking - stay tuned!

8.5E in modified?

No those are 8.5 C/E in Aberdeen. But they sold almost as soon as I posted them on Ebay. Should have waited to put them on SF first. I have another pair in Barrie 8E that I'll be putting up soon.

FYI, the shoes listed on this classified also SOLD almost immediately after I posted them on Ebay.

I'll be putting up a couple of other 8 wide sized cordovan shoes up soon. Florsheim Royal Imperial NOS never worn longwings. Absolutely stunning! They are an 8 3E (but the gentlemen who sold these to me wore an 8E in Barrie last, and these where his fit in Florsheim Imperials - generally narrower lasts than Alden). So if you wear an 8E in Alden's Barrie last, these should work perfectly. Alas too wide for me - bummer! I'm an about 8.5C or 8C in various lasts.
