Not a fan, but it is an improvement over the previous generation.

Heinously dull. The other, while very controversial and far from Bimmer's best, was unique. You could stamp Nissan or Lexus on this beast... it's firmly destined for 72 year old leather-skinned matrons in Palm Springs.

There are quite a few excellent cars available for $90k and this is not one of them.

Nice car, but another very vanilla and mediocre effort by BMW. Any one else wonder what happened to the company that put out the E30 M3, E34 and E39 M5. The current Z4 is probably the best car design wise in their range. Funny how the sportiest of the 3 german marques appear to be morphing into the Buicks of Barvaria.

Ditto on the RS5 comment. Whatta car!

They're overcompensating for the so-called Bangle furor with the previous generation, which is silly considering the cars sold quite well.

I hear this all the time but can't help but disagree completely. IMO the Z4 is awful

+1, the only current BMW designs that don't put me to sleep or make me want to puke are the 3 series coupes. This company has sure lost its way aesthetically from 10 years ago.
