I'm keen to purchase a few of the Filson products (briefcase and travel bag), however their website doesn't sell directly to Australia.
Has anyone purchased any Filson products locally in Australia? If so, I would assume they are all at an inflated price?
Any feedback on the product itself of the process is appreciated.

I attend UNSW so I'm based around Sydney. I mainly shop around the conservative business dress at places like DJ's/ Myers. I've seen some online MTM sites like Indochino but it seems like they have a lot of criticism so I've decided not to shop there.Hi mate welcome to the forum. Tell us a bit more about where you are based and one of us will be able to give you some more advice.Hi everyone, apologies for my first post being a question but this has been bugging me for a while and I just found out about styleforum. I'm a first year university student and I'm looking to find a nice fitting suit for formal events. However, I can only spend something around ~$500 so I have no idea where I should be looking.
Thanks
Yes stay well clear of indochino, have a read of the thread on here about them, which should turn you off them fairly quickly. I'll offer 2 suggestions based on your budget. Firstly online, try suit supply, they have quite a lot of suits around 470 and the fabric are good but you obviously can't try them on. I've not tried them myself but have heard good things. My first suggestion though would to head up to the Herringbone outlet in surry hills, they have suits at 500 generally and you can try them on. I have a stack of their suits and coats and their cuts work well for me, so it will depend on your build but at least you can try stuff on.I attend UNSW so I'm based around Sydney. I bought my Edwin Sen Selvage jeans from Brooksfield in World Square. They sell some good stuff there -- Timex watches and sneakers from Pointer. Carhartt stock some decent denim. Across the hall from their store in the Galleries Victoria, Incu stocks Edwin, A.P.C. and some other good labels -- albeit marked up like all hell. Harrolds stock Naked & Famous. The Standard Store in Surry Hills isn't bad -- not sure what their denim selection is at the moment, but it was pretty good last I checked. They also stock Mark McNairy New Amsterdam from time to time. PM me for more recommendations. So guys, where should I go for a large selection to choose/try on denim in Sydney. Budget will be up to $300 too.
