I work at a facility that requires us to have our ID card displayed at all times.

Has anyone come up with a nice way to display these without stupid cheap plastic devices, or cheesy lanyards?

My work place is not crazy strict about the badges being 100% visible- So I usually just clip it to my side belt loop.
We use the cards as our secure ID's and to access rooms and elevators.

Here are a few solutions Ive thought of. A nice leather low profile clip to belt loop option. I do want the badge to lay flat against my leg and not jump around all over the place as I walk.

The first. The shorter the length of the leather, the better.

But I think it also matter how the badge is going to sit. It would be nice in it sits flush again my pants. The connection at the belt loop matters also, It has to be the right balance of easy to remove without falling off accidentally.
