Sorry man but you've got to let her go. She probably was shy and liked the attention, then you moved to fast (for her) in trying to take it to the next step (she got scared off when you wrote her the letter, hence the change in behvior upon her return). Then you turned her off when you told her you loved her. Move on by going out, picking some trait of her that you can grow to dislike and everything will be gravy.

And Im talking from experience.

just found out a mutual friend of ours (hers and mine, that is) is giving a party. classy style: tuxedo and all that. anyway, she's probably going and i want to give it one last shot. just keeping you updated
