2008 E350 vs 2009 Audi A4 3.2

SO my car blew up and died for good today.
Im between a 2008 E350 and an Audi A4 3.2.
What say ye? Im really torn as I really like both.

Please weigh in and give your opinions on:
Ride
Style
Value
Cost to operate
Cost to fix
Comfort for a family of 4?

Er why the A4 and not the A6 then? A4 is way too small for a family of 4. Dad used to have an E and it fit four of us fine.

2009 A4 = B7? Way too small in the back seat, even childrens legs might get crushed if the driver is over 6' tall.

Agreed. In terms of size I would rank them:

C-Class
A4
E-Class
A6

My parents have had 5 A6s over the last 10 years and they could never bring themselves to get an E-Class. The basic equipment and the price of extras always meant it lost out to the Audi.

Having said that an E-Class is going to be about 5x better than an A4, so I wouldn't even hesitate to get it.

These cars are in two different classes so not sure why you are comparing them.
Of the two, though, the choice is the E350.
