like the subtle blue tones, would ditch the yellow shirt though, never been a fan of yellow tshirts for some reason, otherwise, good fit!

the jacket is black with purple hues, the lining is like a suit jacket lining, very nice.

Poly800rock, I love the outfit. Especially the jacket, but also the sweater looks like a perfect layering piece. Not too loud, but still interesting enough to add something to the outfit. Though it seems to have the same problem every BR/Gap/etc sweater I've ever owned ends up having--the hem stretches and the sweater sort of loses its shape near the bottom. I hate that.

Knucks, I agree with Arethusa that if you're going to have a visible contrasting undershirt, you'll probably want to unbutton at least one more button at the neck. Show a little more color and make it clear that it's intentional, not just that you've never heard of v-necks. I also agree with him that a brown belt is probably more interesting with the blue, but a black belt with interesting details (studded? nailhead? silver and platinum scrollwork?) would be fine. Personally, I'm not into the yellow, but that's your call. On some people yellow looks amazing, on others not so much. It's hard to tell what your actual skin tone is like, between monitor variation, camera flash, exposure, etc, so like I said, your call. Arethusa, if I find out what they are I'll let you know, if only for curiosity's sake. Nice catch on GG&S. Re-reading it because I tried to summarize the central theses to someone the other day and failed miserably.

If you want to stick with a color, I've seen an AA orange or rust/brown that may work.

Jude Law in Alphie pulls off a look with an orange tee with a blue shirt and it looks awesome.

New cures look good! What size are they? Looks like you didn't size down a lot. I like the vest too.

They're my regular size, actually. They're 31 and I wear a 31 in my Kims as well, but I can fit comfortably in size 29 NSs. I bought them off my brother as charity because he bought the wrong size and couldn't return them, but I like them a lot now.

I have a The Jam poster, a Spurs scarf and a mini cricket bat on my wall. My room looks like a North London ten-year-old's, circa 1981.

Love that look. The pattern on the pants is great, and the fit is good, too.
