Not in the area of what makes up a sandwich. From the website:
Hamburger Serving Size: 3.5 oz (100 g) A 100% beef patty, pickle, onion, ketchup and mustard all on a toasted bun.
Cheeseburger Serving Size: 4 oz (114 g) A slice of American Cheese on a 100% beef patty, pickle, onions, ketchup and mustard on a toasted bun.

Why even advertise 100% beef patty. Would this not automatically be the case?

If not 100%, what would go in the patty?

I think they do this partly in response to urban myths such as this. The boxes the patties are shipped in actually say "100% beef" on them in large letters.

Well, brain is sometimes use as a binder. Also, a friend worked at a meat processer and says that the patties they wholesaled contained as much blood, fat, and "other" from a cow as it did beef.

BTW, there is a lot of McDonalds hate but McDonalds is credited industry wide with making the livestock industry a more humane, "cleaner", mass murderer which has benefitted us whether we eat at McD's or not.

McD is great occasionally.

How can you beat a $0.99 double cheeseburger?

And their nuggets are just divine

No, can you provide a reference to indicate that franchisees can change the composition of the sandwiches?

There is a greasy spoon here in town that serves a Breadburger. It's near the old railroad station, and during the Depression they began to serve a hamburger patty with bread mixed in, to have a lower cost alternative. A lot of people continued to eat them.

I've never had one, but they still sell them.

This is absurd. It depends where in the country you are. In NY, no mustard. Thank goodness.

Pics or it didn't happen. Seriously, I thought I had a pretty good argument in the whole "consistency is what made McDonalds great" statement. If I am wrong, I will go to McDonalds right now and buy a quadruple cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard, and eat it. That is my pledge to you all.

Okay, but make sure it's not "have it your way" or "the Grimslade burger" or whatever. I want to see the stock, made-in-New-York cheapo McDonalds burger.

I don't know how I'd prove that, but I've never ordered a burger "made my way" from a fast-food joint in my life. I'll include unwrapping pics for the record.

I am amazed that they would have it on the website, but not use it in NYC.
