Six miles before the sun rose. Lovely moon and stars! "A run before breakfast is twice a run. A breakfast after a run is twice a breakfast."

Did the Army ten miler yesterday. Lot flatter than entropy kid's course! Finished in 1:37, which is good for me. Unfortunately, came in third of the three people running who share my name

4 miles this morning, after taking a few days off - being tired, sloppy form, and a nagging foot ache. Feels better now.

5.3 at a slow pace: partly still recovering, partly hot and humid.

Put it this way: post-run, I was soaked. Then I washed the dog, then I showered, then I shaved, and I was still sweating post-shave.
