I didn't have to be in to work until 1:00 today so had time to sleep in and get in an 8.5 mile run. It was perfect weather and my wife and daughter were out at a park playing so I ran through there to say "Hello".

I also saw this along my route today:

Go Tigers!

Biked 25mi in picture perfect conditions (69 degrees, calm, sunny, autumn colors), recovering from Twin Cities.

Trying to remain calm as the Tigers lead the Yankees 3-1 in the bottom of the 7th. I hope this is the final score!

On Sunday, more than 15,000 runners are expected to run at the Big House Big Heart race in Ann Arbor. If the Tigers win, I will be inspired to amp up the pace!

just about 7 last night with 2 x 1 k at race pace to keep a feel for it. It is a damn awkward pace.

6 miles on another picture perfect day. Dazzling Fall colors. 70 degrees. Light breeze off the lake, with sparkling waves under a sunny sky. Looks like another warm one for Chicago Marathon but I'll be on a plane to Anchorage for a conference.

0. But I tailgated for 5 hours which probably burns more calories than running.
But you then factor in the beer and you're probably even

Really need to start running more though.
