What's on your Ipod right now that you love to workout to? - Page 2

Work out music: Metallica S&M album Running music: (this is going to sound weird, but I rather like this lately) Supreme Court oral arguments audio, or The Economist on audio. It makes my run go by more quickly because my mind focuses on what's being said rather than on the run.

I usually need music for an extra kick on hard runs/intense cardio and it is a bit different to what I use for lifting. But my favorites right now:

Jay-Z - Moment of Clarity
Nas- Hate Me Now
Daft Punk - Alive
Atreyu - Right Side of the Bed
+ some random techno that is pretty sweet... but easily the best:
Eminem - Til I Collapse
^ This one tends to embody everything about working harder than everyone else IMOP

Oh, its too late. I won't be offering anything constructive in this thread. You've already ruined it for me with your iTitle.

Don't worry Slim, when you finally get your iPhone, you won't have to be ashamed about this sansa nonsense anymore and will be able to enjoy some good iTunes on your iPod slash iPhone.

I try to download interesting Podcasts to listen to when I run, they have the same effect on me.

I hate running but this have made it so much easier for me.

When I'm running I'm listening to UK hi-nrg, progressive trance, house, d&B and electro. Of course it's all on my ipod TONS of other random songs. I usually have it on shuffle...

+1...what a great album. Also, include a ton of NIN and some At The Drive-In.

Fall Out Boy & Boys Like Girls get some play too ().
