Some of my favorites for running:

Voxtrot - Wrecking Force
Jesu - Star
The White Stripes - Hotel Yorba
Saxon Shore - Isolated by the Secrets of Your Fellow Man

Don't really give a **** when lifting as I'll just listen to anything.

I don't have an iPod. I have a Sansa, but you didn't ask what was on my Sansa...
So I'm not going to tell you.

I love my little Sansa. Cheap, no frills and sounds great.

For workout I'm listening to:
GnR Lies
Beastie Boys Anthology
Devo Smoothnoodlemaps
Rage - Evil Empire
Smashing Pumpkins - Mellon Collie disk 2
Etc...

When I jog I like high energy hip hop, or dancehall, sometimes R&B. Right now my favorites are Dip Set Anthem, Gangsta Music by Juelz, Stevie Wonder's If You Really Love Me, and all the fast music on Damian Marley's Welcome To Jamrock.
