Sizing info for the 9012? I usually wear 12 should I get 11.5 or 11? Also has anyone dealt with goldenruleboot on ebay? (after seeing the shipping rate I might just go with bakershoe.com, does anyone have a code for them?)

The leather itself molds to your foot and it's not a quick process. The first week of wear I was looking at gel insoles but having gone a half-size down I didn't find anything thin enough that would be comfortable to wear. Instead, I decided to just tough it out. It took a few weeks but now even with just the leather insoles I find my boots as comfortable as sneakers.

Red Wings that I bought in February of 2008. These have had heavy wear over the past 2 years and I haven't done much other then sprayed them with all purpose protector a couple of times. J Crew can take their already distressed ones and shove it.

What size should I get in the 875/877?

I wear size 7 in Dr Martins (Im pretty sure its in UK sizing though)
Sz 8US Vans
Sz 7US Converse
Sz 7US in Clarks Desert boots (I feel as though I could have gone with 7.5 though)

My foot measures 25.5cm or 9 inches and 7/8ths

Also is it just me or does the 875 look chunkier than the 877 or do they end up looking relatively the same once you have pants over them

I have not dealt w/ goldenruleboot but Baker's are a great, independent vendor, w/ prices that beat most everyone online. Great customer service. Follow them on Twitter--the post discount codes.

What's the qualiy difference between the regular moc toe work boot and the RW Inspired versions? I know the latter is made in China, but I'm interested more in the material differences.

I just received two pairs of 8146s (wasn't sure on size), and there are a coupel differences between the two. (1) they came in different boxes, (2) one has the yellow laces i was expecting, but the other has brown laces, (3) the one with brown laces seems to have "fuzzier" leather on the interior, while the other pair has a more matted-down & smooth feeling on the inside. Anybody know whats going on here? Is there a difference in the quality of the leather between the two?

I have the same shoe sizes and 7 in RW 875 fits good. There's actually even a little toe room, so yeah get 7.

Bluespring which of the shoes that I listed are you the same size in? Also how much toe room are we talking about?

How tall are you?
