Will depend where you are in the world
In central London I pay £20 which I think its a bit much but they do a good job and its a lot less than many other central London places.
On the flipside, if visiting the inlaws and needing a trim a similar place would cost me about $0.10 because I can pay in dollars

That being said, if you have a short military styled haircut $10 isn't bad...
If you choose to rock some of these 'quiff' styled hairdos expect a little more plus whatever extra for the wax or pomade used
If by chance you have longer hair expect to pay even more for care
