What do you guys think? BTW, personally i dont think race even needs to be an issue, I think this is beyond that. got this from another site
After White (african american) was told to leave due to false "****" accusations, 17 yead-old Cicciaro, who threw a party at his house was over the legal percentage limit of drinking and is also underaged, drove to White's house with 3 buddies of his. They were all carrying bats. Suffolk Police have already been accused of racism among the african american population which I KNOW FOR A FACT get discriminated and called the N-word. The police does nothing whatsoever. On to the story, after the son quickly arrived to his house, he told his father 4 white kids were trying to kill him, the father grabbed a gun and confronted them outside. Then, Cicciaro, the 17 yr-old drunk white guy, ran up to the father and grabbed the gun. Shortly after, the gun fires and Cicciaro lies on the floor dead. This case went onto court and today, White's 50 year old father was found guilty for misdemeaner and second degree murder. Prosecutor's Argument: "White and his father should have locked themselves in and call the police". Argument from the defense: "The police in suffolk have been already accused of racism but always get away with it. Many cases filed were ignored and disregarded if it was a white attacking on an african american. Calling the police would have done nothing. Cicciaro was drunk and had a bat in his hand with the mentality to kill." After the sentence was pronounce with White's father being declared guilty, Cicciaro's parents shouted "Justice prevailed". Cicciaro has had a trouble-maker's past and alcohol abuse. Parents denied the incident was due to alcohol, misbehavior, racism and weapon abuse with regards to their dead son.
