OK, so here's what I've got:

1) Alden Leisure Handsewn Shell Cordovan Loafer in Cigar. I got these from The Shoe Mart as seconds, taking a leap of faith that the 10.5 might fit my 11 foot, but it doesn't. The model number is 6717. They are new, only tried on once on carpet. I see no real reason these should be seconds - three minor issues, which I have detailed pics of (a small spot of black polish/dye on the welt on the inside of the right heel, what I would describe as about a 2-3 mm gap in the welt on where the ends should meet on the left heel, and the glob of polish on the stitching on the outside of the left toe, which I think is covering a small pit in the leather), but nothing damning imho. All of these issues are probably me just over-disclosing so that nobody gets surprised if they want the shoes. They are currently $567 from the shoe mart, I'd need $350 shipped to recover my cost.

2) Grenson Southampton, brown in 10.5 G UK. I'm a pretty consistent US 11, and I bought these (which were advertised as medium or E width) hoping they would work. They are too long for me, and they came in a wide width rather than a medium, so I think they'd probably work for someone more in the 11.5 D or E US range. They are from the Grenson Rose collection, new in box with Grenson shoe bags, tried on once on the carpet. They are a good looking brown blucher. $220 shipped.

The next two are remnants of the RL private sale. I got both the Darlton wingtip and Marlow plain toe blucher in 10.5 and 11 to make sure I got the correct size, and I am keeping the 11 in both. As such, I've got both of them in a 10.5, new in box.

3) Ralph Lauren Darlton Wingtip, 10.5D US in brown shell cordovan. They're on the RL website still if you are unfamiliar and want to take a look. They're $695 new. With tax and shipping I'm into them for about $375, so I'd take that plus my shipping cost. $385-$390, whatever it comes out to.

4) Ralph Lauren Marlow plain toe blucher, 10.5D US in brown shell cordovan. These are not on the RL website, but they're essentially the same shoe as the C&J Ashdown - although brown shell instead of the Ashdown's burgandy (someone please correct / flog me if I'm wrong (like I need to tell you people to do that)). Anyhow, same story as the Darltons. $375 plus shipping.

I'll post pics of these when I get a chance (hopefully Monday), just wanted to get the ball rolling from my end. I'm not trying to make anything on these and most of them can go back to the source with no problem, but I think they're all good deals and I'd like to try to pass them along if anyone's interested. Let me know what questions you've got. Regards, John

Could you post length and width (longest & widest points) of the Alden LHS?

Yeah, I thought it was odd as well. I have a 10.5 and an 11. One says "Ralph Lauren" on the bottom and the other says "Polo".

With all those beautiful shoes - did you ever consider amputating some toes?

Alden, Grenson and RL Marlow are all gone.

Shockingly the wingtips are still waiting for a new home.
They're pretty.
You'll like 'em.
