Is this anything special?

Looks like a Skyliner down jacket, but without front pockets and a zip front. The style debuted in 1936. That one is probably from the 50's or 60's. They still reproduce that style today as it is iconic to the brand. I've never found any EB that old. Great find!

Few ties and etc today but then this. Definitely one of my favorite finds in a while. Why I love thrifting. N/A.

Not true thrift but thrift priced. Available. 9.5 US / 8.5 UK.

I've got the current Skyliner repop and yeah it's a damn nice and warm coat!  Took it to Wisco last January and was snug as a bug in a rug.  Not as puffy as that vintage one, and does have a front zip and pockets.  Great go-to jacket.

Craigslist!

Also picked up a black bear rug, but the skin is in pretty bad shape and I didn't want to handle it too much until I could take it in somewhere to get it repaired.

Does that stuff (taxidermy) actually fetch good money when flipped to the right person?

I had little knowledge about the resale value, but I definitely couldn't pass at the prices they were asking.

I actually missed out on a huge tortoise shell and buffalo head mount that the guy sold just before I got there.

For awhile I was getting a lot of 45rpm and not all the different labels did well. 45rpm has a lot of different sub brands that aren't all still around. R by 45rpm and umii 908 are awesome, but north marine drive only had occasional good pieces. I think there were a couple others. If it's indigo dyed or discharge dyed it's usually awesome no matter the line.
