These shoes are made of tumbled leather. I've also bought Meltonian shoe cream black and neutral. The original color of these shoes are matte black. After applying a thin coat of cream (black or neutral) and buffing, they become too shiny for me. They look good, but I prefer matte black over shiny black. I can restore the matte color by applying a thin coat without buffing, but I think it's a bad practice if I don't buff my shoes often. I need a shoe cream that moisturize leather without shiny coat.

I'm not sure if this shoe cream cleaner moisturizes leather enough or not and will it become shiny after buffing ?

Could you share some experiences in conditioning tumbled leather with me ?

Welcome to the forum, dnk. Most conditioners will bring a bit of a shine to the leather. Those are the type of shoes I would pretty much wear without care. I'm not saying completely trash them, but just wear and brush them until they actually show signs of needing conditioner.
