I liked Kiehl's Sodium PCA Oil-Free a lot. Now I use a gentle cleanser and cut back on the medication if my skin starts to dry out. Seems to work better, and I'm not constantly applying moisturizer and removing dead skin.

I thought you face was flawless. That usually means no acne.

im beginning to think you work for KIEHL'S every topic you claim to use a Kiehl's product as if its that popular.

to the topic, when you have oily skin its almost impossible to use a moisturizer, i don't use one

What on earth are you talking about? I've mentioned one Kiehl's product in a couple of posts out of 800+, which I've also stated in this thread I no longer use. Don't you have a crotch hygiene issue to attend to?

I love the PCA Skin mens moisturizer with SPF25. Works well and doesn't lead to breakouts.

That stuff is pretty thick even for an oil-free moisturizer, it can look greasy for a few hours.

My dermatologist recommended DML Moisturizing Lotion, it's behind the counter at the pharmacy (may have to special order) but doesn't require a prescription. It's a very lightweight body lotion but it works fine for your face. It absorbs quickly and isn't shiny. About $16 for a 16 oz bottle with a pump.

Cetaphil, pretty cheap compared to all this other foofy stuff, and very benign. Also, a small drop of BPO 5% gel every day, unfortunately, is still necessary.

What he said about Cetaphil. If you've got dry skin and acne, it's the only stuff worth trying.

Cetaphil has a little bit of oil in it, it's pretty heavy to use as a face lotion (for someone with oily skin) but OK as a body lotion.
