I have never purchased a nice pair of gloves before and I figure I should get a pair this year since I started taking the bus to work and school. I would looking for something in black or dark gray made in the USA or Italy...

This pair of Manzellas look relatively nice and they are cheap. Any opinions...

in my experience, wool gloves get those little lint balls or whatever you call them after you touch too many things. maybe it's because i've only had BR wool gloves, but i would rather get some leather ones.

Oh, I don't know, her skin doesn't look very supple. I'm not sure exactly how many gloves one could make out of her either. Either way, I think they would have to be fingerless.

Since you are taking a bus, I would guess that wool would be okay. Keep in mind if you drive, wool gloves are horrible on steering wheels. Driving gloves are leather for a reason.

They look like army work glove inserts. So comfy though....

make some yourself man!

seriously, i've been looking for a new pair of smoker's glove (fingerless gloves with an attached mitten-top flap that buttons to the back of the glove when it's not over the fingers). if you did a pair i'd buy them in a heartbeat

I have a pair of thinsulate insulated leather gloves, I really like them. My hands are nice and toasty, plus they look much classier than nylon *shudder* gloves. My only gripe is that due to my small hands they fit a little loose. I want skintight if I go leather.
